Can I pick up my order in store?

  • Yes! You can order right on our website and pick up your order at our North Shore Mall location! The mall address is 210 Andover St Peabody, Ma 01960. Our store is located in the Nordstroms wing next to Glitterati. Our processing time for in store pick up is roughly 4 hours! 

What is the normal shipping time for packages?

  • Our processing time for all packages is 3-5 business days!

Can I be put notified if an out of stock items comes back in stock? 

  • Yes! Under all sold out items will be a notify me when available button that allows you to add your email and get an email when the items comes back in stock! 

Do you offer gift cards? 

  • Yes, we currently offer E-Gift Cards! 

What is the return policy? 

  • As long as the item has all tags still attached and no damages, you have 14 days to bring the item back for full refund or store credit. Must have the original receipt with you as well. After 14 days, you cannot return the items. You can exchange the item for another that is equal or lesser of value. Sale, Swim, Shoes and Jewelry can NOT be returned. 

What if I receive a damaged item?
